Fur Study

This is a drawing of my dog, Nina, as a puppy that I created as a fur study piece. It is based on a photo of her, though the background was altered and simplified. Nina is a black lab, and even though she is no longer a puppy she is still as cute as ever, and somehow has even more energy than she did at this age. This piece was drawn with colored pencils on black paper, and is 14”x17.”
